CacheGuard Cloud Appliance

CacheGuard Cloud (or simply CacheGuard-CL) is a CacheGuard virtual appliance running on Azure or AWS public clouds. Deploy a CacheGuard appliance wherever you want and securely connect your users and applications to the internet within minutes.

Available Cloud Appliances

As by design a CacheGuard appliance is installed for a given supported capacity, we made available the following virtual appliances on public clouds. Select the right supported capacity according to your needs and deploy your appliance on your favorite cloud within minutes.

• CacheGuard Gateway 10 Forward users and/or 5 simultaneous Reverse users
• CacheGuard Gateway 100 Forward users and/or 20 simultaneous Reverse users
• CacheGuard Gateway 250 Forward users and/or 50 simultaneous Reverse users

Other supported capacities may be added to the list in a near future. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have expressly a specific requirement.

CacheGuard Cloud Licensing Modes

CacheGuard-CL offers are available in both BYOL (Bring Your Own License) and PAYG (Pay As You Go) licensing modes. The BYOL licensing allows you to select the level of support you need and your options while the PAYG licensing mode is proposed with the standard support level and includes the UBL (URL Blacklists) & EAV (Extended Antivirus) options.

BYOL Licensing Mode

With the BYOL licensing mode, you deploy your virtual CacheGuard appliance on your favorite cloud and then Purchase a CacheGuard subscription directly form us. In this case you will have to pay the cloud resource you consume (CPU, RAM…) to your cloud operator and to pay your CacheGuard subscription to us.

PAYG Licensing Mode

With the PAYG licensing mode, you deploy your virtual CacheGuard appliance on your favorite cloud and that is it. In this case you will have to pay the cloud resource you consume (CPU, RAM…) plus your hourly CacheGuard usage to your cloud operator. You can find our PAYG prices on the Purchase page.
